TallGrass Spa and Salon expands its CBD offerings 
Colorado-themed massage treatment, edible products are featured

TallGrass Spa and Salon in Evergreen, Colorado, steps up its CBD focus on the wellness industry by re-inventing one of its most popular massage treatments and adding more non-psychoactive cannabidiol products to its private label line. 

The aptly-named Colorado Recovery Massage has been enhanced to include the use of CBD salves and sprays along with RAD Roller massage tools. “We took one of our more popular massages and brought it to the forefront by adding CBDs to promote muscle recovery and relaxation,” says Spa Director Melissa Rackliff. Intended for all guests but especially for those leading active lifestyles, the treatment includes a choice of cooling or warming salves or fast-acting spray for relief of muscle and joint soreness.

Joining the TallGrass private label line of CBD edibles are Ohm My Goodness Creamy Caramels and Inner Peace Pops. The not-too-sweet handmade caramels and lollipops are infused with CBD oils that are rich in full spectrum hemp extracts.  

Currently, TallGrass’ lead esthetician is working with researchers at CBD grower Ambary Gardens to formulate a CBD oil for use in facials and a spray to relieve post-waxing discomfort.

In the last year, since TallGrass embraced the wellness trend that emphasizes the use of cannabidiol compounds, CBD products and treatments have become its top sellers.  Service providers report that many guests experience immediate relief from pain, inflammation, anxiety, and skin dryness.   As TallGrass guests return to replenish their supplies of CBD salves, bath salts, rubs, and sprays, Ms. Rackliff reports: “We can see CBDs are making a difference for our guests and for us.
