A few things to keep in mind as you complete your reservation: You may book your appointment(s) up to 3 months in advance. To ensure that we can accommodate all our guests’ requests, we may need to adjust your booking time slightly; if so, we will contact you by phone and/or email. You will receive a confirmation email on the day you schedule, and again two days prior to your appointment(s). Our service elevations can be added by phone or on the day of service.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment please do so as far in advance as possible. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling/cancelling. Booking changes made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the service cost. No call/no shows will be charged for the full amount. If you do not have a credit card or gift certificate on file to cover the cost of your services in the event of a cancellation, you will receive a call from a guest relations specialist to obtain that information.
