SALAD
Mandarin Pecan Salad | $36
Mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, pecans, and feta cheese on a bed of mixed greens, served with a side of bread and dessert. Chicken can be added upon request for $4.00.
SANDWICHES
Siena Sandwich | $36
Turkey and pepper jack cheese on rosemary bread with spinach, red peppers, and raspberry sauce, served with a side salad and dessert.
Michelangelo Sandwich | $36
Artichoke hearts, feta, provolone, black olives, and red peppers on rosemary bread with pesto spread, served with a side salad and dessert. Chicken can be added upon request for $4.00.

Cracked peppercorn turkey and colby jack cheese on sourdough bread with cucumber slices, sprouts, and raspberry spread, served with a side salad consisting of mixed greens, tomatoes, and toasted croutons and includes dessert.
Charcuterie Board for One| $36
A carefully curated selection of cured meats, artisanal cheeses, and seasonal accompaniments, artfully arranged and perfectly sized for one. Includes dessert.
Due to our location and our operational set up our lunches must be catered in, then served on site. Because of this, we know that the cost for a spa lunch will most likely be higher than that of our local resturants. We are more than happy to offer recommendations for breakfast, lunch or dinner as Evergreen has some wonderful, fun, and delicious offerings! We thank you for your understanding and your patronage. *Service tickets will include a $6.00 a facility/environment charge.
