Notes for Your Spa Visit
Arrive with Time to Relax
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your first service, so you can enjoy your spa experience without rushing. You are welcome to arrive up to an hour early as long as it it during business hours. We want you to give yourself enough time to change into a robe and slippers and relax in our Quiet Room before a warming fire in cool seasons or on the patio enjoying the views in summer months. We have Aveda Comforting Tea, cucumber water and snack mix available for your refreshment.
Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced. Late guests will receive the time remaining on their treatment and the normal fee will remain unchanged.
For Serenity's Sake
Quiet, please: We want you to have a wonderful, quiet, soothing time at TallGrass. Please remember to keep your voice low, especially if you are here with a group. We want you and your friends to have fun, but we want the other guests to have a quiet, soothing time, too. And please remember to silence your phone when in our quiet spaces.
No Smoking: We ensure a healthy environment for all our guests by upholding a no-smoking policy.
Cell Phones: Happily, our facility is located outside cell phone service range. However, we do have a guest phone available for your use. Wifi is available. Just ask at the Front Desk for the password.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to reschedule or cancel a reservation, it is best to do so as far in advance as possible.
TallGrass requires at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling.
Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the start time will be subject to 50% of the service cost.
If you are unable to make your appointment day of and do not call the spa, the card on file will be processed for the full amount.
Facilities and Environment Fee
This $6.00 per service ticket fee goes directly to helping us cover the rising costs of preserving these environments through our cleaning services, in-house laundry, building and equipment repairs and maintenance, landscaping, technical systems upkeep, and generally caring our one-of-a-kind peaceful environment so all our guests can relish in the uniquely awe-inspiring experience that is TallGrass!
