Dog Wash event benefits Evergreen Animal Protective League

EVERGREEN CO - Once again, TallGrass Aveda Spa and Salon brings splish-splash fun for dogs and their owners to downtown Evergreen with the 5th annual Wine, Washes and Wagging Tails dog wash and wine sipping event. A benefit for Evergreen Animal Protective League, the wet furry fun takes place on Sunday, July 12, from 11 am to 3 pm, in the drive-thru of Evergreen National Bank at 28145 Highway 74.

A $20 ticket buys one wash by volunteers for a dog and a glass of Creekside Cellars wine for its owner. Door prize tickets for sale for the suggested donation of $2 per ticket or three tickets for $5 can be entered in a drawing to win a TallGrass Summer Sweetness Spa Package, a gift basket of doggie goodies, or a bottle of Creekside Cellars wine.

One hundred percent of the event proceeds benefit Evergreen Animal Protective League (EAPL), a totally volunteer non-profit organization that aids lost, abandoned and suffering animals through rescue, shelter and education. Dogs available for adoption will be at the event, along with information about EAPL and its programs.

In addition to TallGrass, event co-sponsors are Evergreen National Bank and Creekside Cellars.
