Gail at Walmart Message from Gail Sharp, TallGrass Owner

January 2019... I can very easily slip into a comfortable, cozy rut. Doing the same thing at the same time every day and every month can be reassuring and safe. And, with my ever increasing forgetfulness, there are benefits to a routine. It helps me remember my vitamins, my workouts, my water consumption, and especially my time in meditation and prayer.

During this past holiday, however, I totally broke with routine and went with a friend in a giant RV to the Grand Canyon where I’d never been and certainly not in a motor coach! Going from trailer park to trailer park and eventually even parking overnight in a Walmart lot (YES!), it was super fun and totally different than past Christmases!

With some gentle nudges from the universe – including my meditation reading this morning – I’ve made a commitment to try new things this year. Mix it up a bit. Change my routine. Maybe even stay up past 10:00 p.m. Yikes! I encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone, too. Go ahead, embrace new experiences, new people, new routines. Be excited for the year ahead and the fresh, open opportunities of 2019!

We at TallGrass send you our very best wishes for a wonderful, joyous, and healthy new year.
