TallGrass hosts 6th annual hair and fashion show

"Mad Hatter Tea Party" theme

EVERGREEN CO – If you "tumble down the rabbit hole" at 6 o'clock on Wednesday, September 24, you'll be just in time for a tea party – the Mad Hatter Tea Party – which is the theme of TallGrass Aveda Spa and Salon's 6th annual hair and fashion show.

Benefiting a trio of Evergreen area non-profit organizations, the show puts the talents of TallGrass hair stylists and makeup artists in the spotlight, along with fashions from Boone Mountain Sports, CAbi, Look What I Found, Sweet Water Boutique and the TallGrass Boutique.

Unlike the Hatter and March Hare, however, guests in this Wonderland won't be stuck forever at 6 o'clock. As they anticipate the 7:15 runway show, they'll be enjoying a cash bar, hors d'oeuvres, silent auction and wine pull. The guest with the best "Mad Hatter Tea Party" costume wins a TallGrass Body and Sole spa package valued at $150 to $170.

Ticket options range from $25 to $45 in advance (add $5 at the door) and all proceeds benefit Evergreen Animal Protective League, Mt. Evans Home Health Care & Hospice's Camp Comfort and Mountain Area Land Trust.
